Production Manager (Manufacturing)
Permanent, Full Time
Days: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri, some over time may be required
Location: Ilkeston
Salary Package: £25,000 - £30,000, negotiable depending on experience.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is vital to planning, manufacturing and delivering our products to our global customer base.
• As the Production Manager you will train, develop and manage a team of 15 employees
• The Company is currently going through a period of change so any CI / Lean manufacturing experience would be very beneficial
• You will be from a manufacturing background with a strong management skill set
Person Specification:
• A proven Manufacturing background
• Driven to enhance KPI’s
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Good with intelligent item codes
• Management experience
• Good Lean Manufacturing Skills
• Keen to develop people and provide leadership for the team
• Keen to progress
• Enjoys new challenges working in a fast paced environment
